Compassionate, trauma-informed support for navigating life’s challenges
I am a Mental Health and Well-being Professional specialising in trauma-informed organisational well-being. I help individuals, leaders, and organisations build psychologically safe, resilient, and high-performing environments through leadership, intercultural collaboration, and human development.
My approach is grounded in person-centred care, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for each person’s unique experiences. I support clients who want to build resilience, gain clarity, strengthen emotional balance, and move forward with greater confidence.
Currently welcoming new clients for online sessions and in-person appointments in Budapest.

My Approach to Mental Well-Being Support
My goal is to help clients develop and maintain a healthier relationship with themselves, strengthen their inner resources, and build resilience while staying connected to the present moment.
Creating a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental environment is at the heart of my work. As a trauma-informed mental health professional, I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel respected, understood, and empowered to move at their own pace.
Our work does not require repeatedly revisiting painful experiences. Instead, we focus on understanding how past experiences may influence the present, recognising existing strengths, and developing new, more supportive ways of coping with life’s challenges.
I work from a person-centred perspective, offering attentive listening, empathy, and an authentic therapeutic presence. I believe every individual has the capacity for growth and change, and my role is to support the conditions where these inner resources can emerge.
My approach also integrates elements of Jungian psychology, particularly when exploring recurring life patterns, personal symbols, and deeper aspects of self-understanding. This can support a gradual process of becoming more connected with your authentic self.
How Can I Help You?
I offer mental well-being support for adults experiencing a wide range of life challenges, including:
- restoring and maintaining well-being and inner balance,
- managing stress and reducing emotional tension,
- deepening self-awareness and self-understanding,
- navigating difficult life decisions, transitions, and periods of change,
- working through emotional blocks and limiting patterns,
- processing loss and grief,
- strengthening coping skills and resilience,
- recognising and mobilising inner resources and strengths,
- exploring relationship and communication difficulties,
- navigating adjustment challenges and experiences of culture shock,
- adapting to relocation or returning home after living abroad,
- navigating significant life transitions and life-cycle changes,
- working through difficult or overwhelming life situations.
You do not need to be in crisis to seek support. Many people choose counselling to better understand themselves, strengthen their well-being, prevent burnout, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My Professional Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health in Relations and Community Development from the University of Pannonia, Hungary, a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Szent István University, Hungary.
This interdisciplinary background allows me to integrate perspectives from mental health, psychology, anthropology, organisational development, and human relationships. As a mental health and well-being professional, I combine academic knowledge, international experience, and cultural understanding to support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
With more than 20 years of professional and academic experience, I have lived, studied, and worked in the United States and the Netherlands, and have also conducted academic and research activities in Canada, Norway, and Germany. These international experiences have strengthened my ability to work with people from diverse cultural, personal, and professional backgrounds.
My professional journey includes experience as an HR professional, university staff member in the United States, teaching assistant at an International Baccalaureate (IB) school in the Netherlands, and Head of the Department of International Strategy and Program Development at a Hungarian university.
These experiences have shaped my understanding of people, organisations, cultures, and the many factors that influence mental well-being.
